I’m nearly half way through my 21 days of meditation challenge!!
Not just daily meditation, pranayama, but also adding rituals like oil pulling, 4:30 am wake up and back to triathlon training. (all that and a full work day) And super clean eating – whole foods plant based, no sugar, no gluten – and 100% delicious of course! So much can change in 10 days! I feel like a new person. Or maybe me 2 years ago Fit, happy and strong.
Just had about enough time for a check-in blogpost. I promise a longer update tomorrow.
